1. The division of work to be carried out by the Ministry shall be as mentioned in Schedule 2. 2. Notwithstanding anything written in Sub-rule 910, the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers may modify the work of a Ministry by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. 3. The Prime Minister assigns one or more ministries to a Minister 4. The Prime Minister may designate some of the work assigned to a ministry by himself or on the recommendation of the concerned minister to be looked after by another minister. However, when the concerned minister is not in Nepal, no such recommendation is necessary to assign his work to be looked at by a minister or by himself.
